A short checklist before you write
You do not need to prepare anything formal, but a few details help us give you a useful answer on the first reply:
- Who you are: your name, your role and your organization, if you have one.
- What is getting in the way: for example, reports that take too long, a team that avoids AI, or an inbox that never clears.
- How many people are involved: just you, a small team or a whole department.
- When you would like to start: a rough date is fine, and so is “as soon as possible”.
- Tools you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp groups, or a mix.

How quickly will you reply?
We reply fast. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us, and email is just as welcome. Either way, you get a clear next step, not a form letter.
What should I include in my message?
A few lines are enough: who you are, what your work involves and what is getting in the way. If you have a date in mind, a team size or a tool you already use, include those too.
Do I need to know which service I want?
No. Many people do not. Describe the problem and we will suggest the right starting point, which might be training, coaching, a setup or simply one good conversation.
Is the first conversation free?
We listen first and we quote after we have listened. Tell us what you need, and we will explain exactly what happens next and what, if anything, it costs.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. In-person training and coaching are available at your office or venue, wherever you are, and online sessions are available too. Any logistics are agreed in the written plan.
